30 Days Self Discovery and Self Love Program

This 30-day self-discovery and self love program combines the therapeutic power of art and journaling to foster introspection, creativity, and personal growth. You will use your journals and artwork as a tangible record of your journey toward self-discovery and self love. It's an action oriented program which will encourage you to be mindful each day for the entire 30 day duration.

Where will it happen ?

In a closed what's app group

A kit will be sent to you at the beginning of the program which we will use through the month based on daily prompts and exercises

You need to devote 30 mins a day to do the daily tasks and share it within the group where we all will be discussing more! It's going to be simple,grounded, and a judgement free space where we all learn from each other. 

There will be 4 live sessions ( weekend sat/sun evening) + Bonus vision board session ( we make our vision board)

The sessions are interactive and we do live journaling, no recordings because the change can only happen when we are really focussed on goal. Taking out time for what is important for us is an important step towards a better SELF.
